Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 DOE + Benefits and Bonus

BBSI has partnered with a leading luxury custom home window and door contractor. As the company continues to experience significant growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced bilingual Spanish Construction Project Manager to lead and manage high-end custom projects from start to finish.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software for project planning and tracking progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as ProCore and MS Project.
• Prepare and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments for projects.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment while effectively managing conflicts that may arise during the project.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Proven Residential Project Management experience in Windows and Doors
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, BuilderTrend, Smartsheet).
• Strong ability in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Mac and iOS technology, Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience in project coordination across various construction phases.
• Familiarity with contract management processes in the construction industry.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
