Job Description

Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a Public Relations Firm , is searching for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO . The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite executives in a mid-size organization.

Responsabilities

  • Serve as the principal administrative contact for all internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, lunches, fundraisers, and other events, prepare agendas for those events as needed, and communicate the information to the appropriate contact(s).
  • Complete any and all assigned tasks to assist the CEO and President in effectiveness and efficiency, including but not limited to, collecting information for use in meetings and discussions, managing employee and SWS memberships, purchasing gifts for employees and clients, writing thank you letters, ordering lunch, and registering for events
  • Handle several duties related to lobbying, including but not limited to, the lobbying client list, conducting research, ensuring the accuracy of lobbying questionnaires and invoices, processing amendments to registration and reports, etc.
  • Process expense reports for travel, donations, etc., and assist executives in completing quarterly lobbying reports.
  • Provide complete calendar management and organization for highly complex calendars; provide email management for select executives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-Suite executives
  • Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordinating skills
  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Available to work weekends or extended hours as needed
