Job Description

Stanford Medicine's Fertility and Reproductive Health Service (FRHS) is seeking a board certified/eligible reproductive endocrinologist to join its busy practice and direct our Q+ family building program. The Q+ Family Building clinic at Stanford Medicine Children's Health is a fertility program that is entirely dedicated to providing comprehensive LGBTQ+ family building care in an academic setting, and includes a dedicated physician assistant, nurse and patient care coordinator. The Candidates will be expected to participate in the full spectrum of clinical reproductive services, assisted reproduction and fertility preservation procedures as well as contribute to teaching students, residents, and fellows in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition, there are opportunities to participate in clinical research depending on the interests of the candidate. Excellent clinical acumen, leadership and surgical skills are required.

The FRHS team includes some of the country's leading embryologists, reproductive endocrinologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and technicians. In addition to a full spectrum of assisted reproductive technology, Stanford Fertility is the home of several multi-specialty programs including a robust oncofertility, Q+ family building, recurrent pregnancy loss, endometrial health, full service urology services, and reproductive genetics programs. Fertility services are offered as part of the world-class Johnson Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Services, where patients and families benefit from a smooth transition from fertility care to obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric care. FRHS is housed in a new, specially designed, state-of-the-art facility.

Salary Range:

The expected base pay range for this position is:

Clinical Assistant Professor $305,000 - $329,000
Clinical Associate Professor $370,000 - $388,000
Clinical Professor $411,000 - $439,000

This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs . The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.

REQUIREMENTS

DO, MD, or MD PhD degree with completion of a 4-year ACGME residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and an ACGME approved 3-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility are required. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility are required.
