About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide comprehensive leadership for its ministry. The successful candidate will be a mature believer in Jesus Christ with a strong background in Christian ministry leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, program development, staff and volunteer management, fiscal stewardship, and strategic planning. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse groups. The Executive Director will also be responsible for public relations, supporting the board, and ensuring the organization's mission is effectively carried out. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a history of senior leadership experience, a demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, and a talent for resolving conflicts peacefully.
