The Opportunity
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Founder. This role requires you to be local to Atlanta and willing to work in the office to provide hands-on support.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who aspires to grow beyond the traditional boundaries of the role. The ideal candidate is not just focused on day-to-day tasks but is driven to take on larger responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to the strategic and operational success of the company. This role is perfect for someone who sees themselves evolving into a leadership position by demonstrating initiative, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing all travel arrangements, and being onsite for specific engagements. Beyond these responsibilities, we expect you to take ownership of projects from start to finish, operationalize and streamline business processes, and actively support the CRO and CSO in achieving their goals.

Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $110,000 and $160,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
