We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring that each event meets our clients' expectations and runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and community gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements for events.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure all aspects of the event are organized and executed to meet expectations.
• Support the event team in developing event themes, activities, and schedules that engage participants.
• Prepare and manage event documentation, including contracts, budgets, and timelines to track progress and expenses.
• Set up and dismantle event equipment, ensuring everything is in place before, during, and after the event.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of event management software.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for event themes and activities.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all event elements are executed flawlessly and meet high standards.
