Job Description We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking individual who can combine copywriting skills with generative AI to enhance the student experience and increase enrollment. This role involves copywriting and editing for healthcare-focused higher education institutions, creating content for campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The position reports to the lead copywriter and collaborates closely with marketing directors and creative teams. To succeed, you should demonstrate exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in creating engaging content. Write original marketing copy for various channels, including web, ads, email campaigns, social media, and blogs, based on templates provided by senior team members. Execute content assignments from the lead copywriter and project managers, following strategies developed by senior team members. Collaborate with senior copywriters and editors to ensure content aligns with brand style, voice, and tone. Utilize generative AI tools, such as Writer.ai, to assist with brainstorming, drafting, and optimizing content, while maintaining brand integrity. Stay informed about trends in AI-assisted content creation and marketing. Participate in brainstorming sessions and market research with senior team members to contribute to overall success. Incorporate feedback from senior team members to improve your writing skills. Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Three or more years of relevant experience, preferably in copywriting or editing roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with proofreading and editing abilities. Knowledge of SEO best practices and writing for search engines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to understand and write about healthcare and higher education engagingly and straightforwardly. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and content style appealing to students and partners. Awareness of B2C and B2B copywriting approaches, and understanding of legal issues like plagiarism and libel. Ability to interpret briefs creatively and present information innovatively. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with social media, email marketing, and digital content creation. Additional Information Salary range: $49,199.33 to $86,253.75, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
