Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Hauppauge, NY

Salary: $200K

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Long Island and NYC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing civil works with individual project values exceeding $100 million.

You’ll be responsible for leading high-profile infrastructure initiatives from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of large-scale civil construction projects ($100M+)
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management with a strong civil/infrastructure focus
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects exceeding $100 million in value
• Deep knowledge of NYC and/or Long Island construction environments, regulations, and logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• PMP certification or similar credential preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project)
